Design & Build
The Compass team offers in-house engineering and architectual design which allows us to provide cost-effective solutions tailored to your project. We have strong experience in what it takes to design and complete your project safely and up to code. The Compass team will work with you to ensure all functional requirements are addressed in the design phase. We are happy to accomodate customizations for your project in the best way possible.
Pre-Construction & Estimating
The Compass pre-construction team will be heavily involved with you to provide all necessary information regarding your project. We will define the project's scope, objectives, and requirements. We will provide a detailed report regarding the project's timeline and cost, including labor and materials estimates. Working to identify potential risks in the early stages of the project will ensure a smooth build process and minimize unforseen costs. It is of the utmost importance to communicate with our clients to provide the most accurate reports for satisfactory and lasting results.
For some clients, a pre-engineered design is the most appropriate solution for the project. Compass will work with you to ensure proper aesthetics and necessary functions of the build are carried out correctly, as well as any customizations in addition.

Compass offers to act on the behalf of an owner to ensure the project runs smoothly and is completed on time. Compass may navigate contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders in the project. We will ensure that your project's goals are met on time and in budget.
