Renovation construction of a 35 unit mixed use development on Elm St. in Manchester NH. The project took two existing structures and converted them into one mix use development project completely renovating the interior of the building and updating all exterior elevations.

Newburyport Bank –

The bank requested a quick build of a 1500 sq ft brank executing the design build process.

MBraun Warehouse and Manufacturing Facility –
Ground up construction of a 20,000SF warehouse and manufacturing facility in Newmarket, New Hampshire. The building is a steel frame structure with concrete flooring and contains a large industrial crane on the manufacturing floor.

Tanager Circle
A large multiphase housing campus in Concord, New Hampshire, consisting of 11 buildings with a total of 68 units. In addition to the living units, the project is planned to include a resident club house and pool. Construction on this project has just begun
